REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy – Consumers

  • Eligibility
    Refunds for prepaid bookings are processed if:

    • The Service Center cancels the booking.

    • The Consumer cancels the booking in line with the allowed cancellation terms.

  • Refund Process

    • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.

    • All refunds are processed through Razorpay and returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Notes

    • Timelines for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

    • Any applicable minimal cancellation fee (if charged) will be deducted before processing the refund.

Refund Policy – Service Partners

  • Consumer Refunds

    • Any refunds issued to consumers will be adjusted against the partner’s upcoming settlements.

  • Chargebacks & Disputes

    • In cases where consumers raise chargebacks or disputes, the corresponding amount may be deducted from partner settlements until the matter is resolved.

  • Notes

    • Blue Wheel reserves the right to apply additional charges or penalties if a partner’s repeated cancellations or service issues lead to frequent refunds.
